"The room was not clean, no tissue, no water for hours upon arrival. It smelled really bad and they don't have an elevator. Room service did not come by not once. It was a horrible place to stay and expedia would not move us....the AC smelled like mold and it was the worst experience ever and I travel alot. "

"Booking the room was easy as always. I arrived 15 minutes early, check in time is at 4 pm. I was told that my room wasn't ready and that someone would call me but i decided to wait at the desk instead, which didn't seem to be a problem. Staff was very professional, and sweet and also met the accommodations of a elderly couple because of handicaps during this wait. I think i may have waited 20 minutes and my room was avaliable. The room was clean, i felt, safe and we had a very view of the ocean and beach. My only 2 complaints i wish my room was on the top floor or near the top. Being on the 3rd floor you still hear everything that's on ground level. And lord the foor, the carpet gave me the ick! Needs to be cleaned"

"We actually chose to stay here after showing up to another hotel and leaving because the rooms were so gross. So happy we chose to go here instead. Everything was super clean, everyone was friendly, and situated right on the beach we were able to relax on lounges under an umbrella. We will definitely be back! "

"Gym is not 24hrs. Quiet area on the cheaper side of town away from all the fun wild fun. New and clean with pool half in half out and breakfast."

"376 Good as always. Bathroom too cold to shave however. So of the outside steps are not level & I hid my leg falling. Hairs were on the bathroom sink and toilet. Lights were on when we came in, I hope it was at least cleaned......"
