"This was my second stay at this property, and unfortunately, my last. The first stay was, by far, much better. We stayed for two nights on this second trip. Pros: Good breakfast, River room views are beautiful, Property is conveniently located to various eateries and highways. Cons: Upon check-in, we found that the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. I called the front desk to request a replenishment and was told that she would contact Housekeeping. However, after 45 minutes of not receiving it, I was on my way to the front desk and found a housekeeping employee and told him about the situation. He replaced it right away but told me that the front desk never contacted him. Our second negative involved the housekeeping staff not changing the towels left on the floor in the bathroom. We returned at approximately 4 pm after being out all day.
