"Room was clean and comfortable, would have likes to see more than 1 pillow though and maybe a blanket that covers the bed…staff was friendly and made self check in easier (could use some technical improvements to remove need for assistance altogether). close to columbus mall and a nice distance from the center to allow for walking / sightseeing en route. "The room was cute, but a little dusty. Staff was very polite, welcoming and smiling! There was a gym, a game area, a cowrking area, a relaxing area, a restaurant, a bar.. a place that lacks nothing!!! I really love it! If i come back in vienna i will stay here.. and if i travel around the world i will search for a social hub!! :) If I can make a criticism: please you have to tell the cleaning ladies to knock before entering the rooms because in three days they're come while we were under shower or in the bed. This is really uncomfortable.. otherwise, I loved this place"

"Perfect location, less than 10 minutes stroll to the start of the main area, even less to the airport bus stop. Cathedral easily walkable in 15 minutes and the first district. Spacious rooms."
