"Great stay, okay the interior is a bit worn in places, but room was immaculately clean. Cool location, a bit out of the city centre, but upside is there’s so much on the doorstep. Sakura just opposite for great sushi and then a few minutes away Bo Tree Kitchen for the best Thai food I’ve ever had, including in Thailand. It’s BYO, so grab a bottle in the shop opposite on your way round. The team were awesome, super friendly, helpful, a proper credit to the place. Be back in a heartbeat."

"Very well located for access to Belfast city centre and beyond. The train station at Botanic provides easy access to trains north and south of Belfast. There is lots to do around the university quarter, Great Victoria Street and Dublin Road. The hotel itself is well equipped with a 24 hour bar and access to food. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful"

"Welly Self Serve The Highlights: The location of this rental is fantastic—just a stone’s throw from the University and right around the corner from several major bus stops, making it incredibly easy to get around. We loved just being around the corner of a street packed with great shops, restaurants, and pubs; Ryan’s Pub just down the road was a particular highlight for a fun night out. The host was very responsive initially, allowing us to check in early after a quick message. For those looking for a functional space, this is a two-bedroom, 1.5-bath setup with a full kitchen and a washer. The heating was excellent and there was plenty of hot water, which made for a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. Areas for Improvement: While the place is a great "bare bones" option, there were a few drawbacks. The towels were quite worn and could stand to be replaced, and the overall cleanliness could have been a bit sharper. Most frustratingly, the Wi-Fi password provided did not work. Although the owner was helpful with the early check-in, the response regarding the internet was slow, so we ended up going without connectivity during our stay. Verdict: A solid, no-frills choice if you prioritize location and basic amenities like a kitchen and laundry, but be prepared for a very simple setup."

"Arrived, very hard time finding parking, room was very small but functional, towels had stains on them, shower was only hot for about 30 seconds at a time, sheets were all wrinkled. The garden was just a cement pad with a table and an ash tray. Wifi was posted on outside of building allowing anyone to use it, causing very slow wifi for the tv and phones. When addressing stain concerns and shower concerns there was very little help or apologies. If ever go back to belfast will not be staying here."
