"Clean room and everything was good except for the air conditioning system which is very noisy. It was the second time we stayed in Grids. Staff is somewhat helpful with the help of Google translation because we had undesirable experience on our first night, the room was very noisy and we couldn’t sleep till the whole night. Anyway, I would still recommend this hotel becoz of the location, cleaniness, amenities"

The rooms are comfortable, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is incredible. The staff also helped arrange luggage-forwarding service to our next destination.
