"I stayed in room 1401 the billing is really clean. Staff is really nice eating dinner. Here is so delicious. Breakfast is so delicious. Staff is really nice. I definitely recommend the public to come and stay here for a weekend or visit downtown Chicago tours attractions. "We love the Freehand! They treat us great and are super accommodating! Outside the hotel is rough, lots of homeless yelling in the street and hanging in the alley! No police presence. Stay in inside the hotel bars or walk fast to Ballys, UNO Pizza or Weber Grill! Room was clean, did not use the laundry!"
