"Although a bit basic, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very nice staff at check in. Best aspect is the convenience-lots of good restaurants with 3 blocks. Easy 15 minute stroll to the entrance to the Presidio and the marina district waterfront. Busy Lombard street entrance made for quick pick up by uber and Waymo cars."

"Easy check in. Nice front desk manager. Comfortable bed and pillows. FREE PARKING. A small grocery store next door. A pizza place next to that. The classic Final Final bar 1/2 block away. Many restaurants, bars and shops a five minute walk away. Palace of Fine Arts Theater also five minute walk. Presidio across the street. Quieter than I would have thought. Great value."

"The hotel is great for a few days in san francisco. It sits on a fairly busy street but the public transport is very handy. Breakfast isn't up to much but it's more than most provide. There are loads of good shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Every member of staff we encountered was helpful and polite. "

"Worked out great for us. Location is great, room was clean, A/C worked relatively well, water was hot, it was quiet enough, and there are a number of places nearby to get food. The Coffee Berry nearby was great for coffee + delicious pastries."

"Room was clean and quite airy. The bath and washroom are separate and that helps. Rooms are a bit old and walls are a bit thin (sound carried over from adjoining rooms) but nothing to lose sleep over. Property is close to Van Ness-Chestnut st Muni bus stop and that is an advantage. No frills place and very economical to stay - Area and surroundings are safe, late into the night as well. There is no on site restaurant but plenty of dine in/take out places nearby. There is a gelato place closeby...

"I found the whole hotel very clean and well maintained. I know it’s an older structure, but they take good care. Pool area really pretty, cabana area comfortable with a water purification system for our water bottles and even BBQ’s and laundry for guest use. I highly recommend! "

"Free shuttle from SFO. Very comfortable, spacious, relaxing stay. However, not many casual food choice selections at 3Sixty Market (the only choice inside the hotel alongside the 3Sixty restaurant) or walkable (within 10 min) restaurants or supermarket/drug stores. Accessible by public transportation or driving. In all, a wonderful stay! "
