"Wow! What an incredible experience. From arrival to departure, Atlantis The Royal lived up to its reputation as a world class hotel. The room was spacious with added amenities and a spectacular view of the Palm from the balcony. The pools were clean and had sun care products available around the vicinity. Raffles The Palm

"Raffles The Palm Dubai is beautifully located on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, right next to Atlantis and Atlantis The Royal. The resort itself is stunning, with gorgeous architecture and plenty of great amenities, including both indoor and outdoor pools, a private beach, and even an indoor movie theatre. The hotel’s large indoor pool and extensive spa facilities are also a nice bonus. We stayed in a Palm View room, and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious and elegant, and the balcony with the Palm view was a highlight of the stay. Raffles’ rooms are known for their generous size and private balconies, and ours definitely lived up to expectations. Breakfast was wonderful, with a large selection and plenty of vegetarian options, which we really appreciated. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful, and they were kind enough to accommodate a late checkout since our flight wasn’t until later that night. The only thing that felt slightly lacking was the personal touch you might expect from a hotel at this level. The service was friendly and professional, but it didn't always feel as personalized or memorable as we expected from a Raffles property. Overall, though, we had a great stay. The beautiful location, gorgeous rooms, excellent amenities, wonderful breakfast, and helpful staff made Raffles The Palm a very enjoyable place to stay in Dubai"

"This was our second visit to Taj within a month, and once again, the experience was absolutely wonderful. We chose to celebrate our daughter's birthday here, and from the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, everything was simply outstanding. A special mention to Alka, Front Office Manager, for her warmth, professionalism, and excellent hospitality. At Palm Restaurant, Ibn Ghosh and Sarthak were exceptional and made our dining experience truly memorable. Shabir and Simran at the Club Lounge also deserve special recognition for their attentive service and genuine care. While these team members particularly stood out, the entire Taj team deserves appreciation for making our stay so enjoyable and special, especially for our daughter's birthday. It is the people who make a hotel truly special, and the Taj team certainly lives up to that standard. We had a fantastic experience once again and look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine hospitality, exceptional service, and a memorable stay."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The experience was everything I hoped it would be. My room was clean, modern, spacious, and offered beautiful views of the water that made waking up every morning a highlight of the trip. The bed was comfortable, housekeeping did a great job, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh options to choose from each day. The staff was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. The airport shuttle made getting to and from the hotel convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing from check-in to check-out. One area that could make the guest experience even better is the entertainment and activities. I understand that regional events and the ongoing conflict in the area may have affected operations, which is completely understandable. Even so, offering more on-site activities, live entertainment, cultural experiences, or organized guest events would add even more value for travelers who choose to spend time at the hotel. Overall, this was a memorable stay. Between the hospitality, the comfortable accommodations, the stunning beachfront views, and the peaceful atmosphere, I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. The experience was everything."
