When I made a comment to the front desk, they responded with “ were not responsible for our marketing team .”when I asked about arranging a car transfer to airport they said to come down and they’d call a taxi. The property is located in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. It is conveniently close and within walking distance to famous viennese attractions and shops. The room is clean and modern and the AC is the best considering it is sweltering hot outside. I recommend staying at this property.
