"This hotel was very basic and meet our needs for 2 nights. The breakfast was not worth going to. They had different breads and dry cereal (no milk). It was nice to have a family room with 3 beds. The shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure. "

It’s a very walkable community and close to Mira Flores and the beach. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’ll be spending time near Lima."

"Lima is chaotic. Fortunately I had five peaceful nights staying at Tierra Viva Miraflores Mendiburu. Well maintained. Great location, well situated within the proximity to beaches, parks, shopping and highly-rated restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff. "

"The front desk staff waa completely amazing. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance with scheduling rides to wherever. The only reason I didnt give 5 stara is because once I arrived back home, there was a discrepancy on the amount for the charges when they were converted to USD and I had to dispute it with my cardholder. Otherwise, everything was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The Pullman is very well located in the heart of San Isidro. Is a safe area, you can walk with no worries. The service is the best they have.. people are so amazing and really take care of you. I stayed three times this year and will do it again. "
