"The room and accommodations were clean and well maintained. Getting into the building you had to get in using your cell phone and then through a grate and then up a couple flights of stairs. Wouldn’t be suitable for older people. Marco was extremely kind and helpful and answered our concerns and questions quickly."

"The apartment is a short walk from Salerno train station and conveniently situated near multiple shops, restaurants and cafes. The cute balcony offers a nice view of the surrounding neighbourhood and patios below. The bed was very comfortable and room cleaning service was offered daily.
There was unfortunately a plumbing issue in the bathroom and apparent mold buildup in the ceiling corner which was visually unattractive and came with a slight odor. Host was aware and had plans to have it...

"We had a great stay! This was our first time in Europe and the B&B was the perfect location. Very close to all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the ferry terminal. The view was incredible and the property was gorgeous. The host was very responsive and thorough with the check-in info. Although we had early mornings where we weren’t at the property, breakfast was provided! Salerno was a great city to stay in and away from the crowds in the other towns. Would stay again!"

"Mario was a gracious host, meeting us at the apartment when we arrived early. The apt is beautiful in a classic building, one street from the water (Tyrrhenian Sea). It was also very clean and well appointed, more attractive than the photos. Great to walk around this area anytime of the day or evening - with many wonderful shops and restaurants."

"When we arrived we had to wait 45 minutes outside as there was no access. The owner stated someone would be there, then after we arrived he quoted 15 minutes, and the we continued to wait.
Upon access the room was in disrepair and had a terrible smell.
We refused to stay, the owner ran our credit card and refused a crefit when we complained to Hotels.com."

The location is excellent, close to the train and both ferry stations. It’s close to the waterfront and close to the city center, restaurants and shops. Quiet hotel, not a lot of rooms, very enjoyable. Can be a little tricky to get to town, a lot of stairs and escalators . Overall we are really enjoyed are stay! "
