I didn't get the lady's name, but the front desk lady who checked us in (Sep 16 around 11am), and out (Sept 20 aroimund 10:30am), was excellent, very friendly and professional. We LOVED this quaint, beautiful little hotel in Paris! We travelled as a group of 6 (3 couples), and we all have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel. It is within close proximity to almost everything. We walked everywhere - to the Pantheon, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Luxembourg Gardens, the Louvre and many more places. These aren't around the corner, but it's a nice, short walk - less than 2 miles. LOTS of restaurants on the same street and around the various corners! ...

Charming hotel. Enjoyed my stay

The room was very clean and nice as the lobby. A little bit small but it makes the hotel very cousy. The staff si very nice, they provided a map and explained how to get to the places we were interested in and how to get back. There is an awesome bakey at the end of the street, right infront of the metro station.

The staff is wonderful. We arrived a bit before checkout and they had the cleaner clean the room so we could move in. The morning breakfast in our room was great with lots of options and the hot items were hot, the cold items were cold. It's off the beaten path but within easy walking distance to everything in Florence.

This was our first stop on a trip to France and we spent three nights at Le Chaplain. The Metro and the RER from the airport easily reach the hotel. The staff was always nice and greeted us. The room is small, which is normal for Paris but they have cold AC, and it would have been uncomfortable without it. . The beds were too firm for our preference but ok for just a few nights. If you like a firm mattress, you'll like it here. The shower is teeny tiny, but hot water and good water pressure. The only complaint is the walls are very thin and since the bathroom doors slide, it sounds like someone is rolling a suitcase from your upstairs...

Easy and cosy atmosphere, and fantastically friendly and helpful staff. Not a Ritz, but that’s a compliment, if you’re looking for a reasonably priced home-like hotel where everything is relaxed and not at all posh. The very warm welcome for exhausted travelers arriving late at night made us especially happy! Excellent location (20 meters away from the metro). Great staff, excellent room, good breakfast but expensive (8 to 12 Euros per person). I will stay here next time in Paris!

Very nice location, close to several bus and subway line. Also close to many stores and restaurants. But the neighborhood itself is quiet and feels safe. Rooms are a little small but very functional, well decorated, with good AC and many small extras. Staff available and helpful

Great location, steps from the Metro. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but manageable. A bit noisy right on the street, and with no A/C need for open windows makes it a little noisy, but overall an excellent place for the price.

As a family of four it is always a challenge finding a hotel that can accommodate us, especially in Europe. Hotel Le M offered a great solution of having a family room, which was two rooms (one queen and two single) with a common main entrance in front of the two rooms. Nice people. In my old neighborhood, Montparnasse, where I loved 50 ydars ago. Paul Gauguin lived there. The room was perfect! It epitomizes Paris.

The room was very simple and clean. I was across the street from a subway station, making it easy to access public transportation. Breakfast was easy nearby before i set off every morning.
