"Near the metro stop, WIFI available, in room instant coffee and tea (not refreshed by staff, but available if requested at the desk. Hair dryer present. Front desk friendly and helpful. The first room I was offered did not match the description on the reservation site, but staff immediately put me in another room, similar to the ad. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, many nearby cafe's were part of the attraction. This is why I chose the 4 rather than 5 star rating, that said, I would stay...

"We had an excellent stay. Everyone was friendly, the rooms were ready when we arrive and the breakfast was perfect with excellent baguette and croissant. The area was quiet and it is very easy access to the metro."

"The room was small but it was spot conditioned, which was a blessing while I was there. The bed was fine, breakfast was good, and the staff was responsive. The most annoying thing was no place to put soap and shampoo in the shower other than the floor but that’s not just this hotel, it’s France."

"Was in Paris for 5 days. Villa M is in a nice quiet area of Paris. Very walkable and easy to get some of the sites. Easy access to the Metro across the street. Nice roof top bar/restaurant with a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. The stay was great except the building behind the hotel was under going construction. Luckily the windows were sound proof and could only tell when I opened the window. Plenty of brasseries and cafes to choose from as well. "
