Perfection! Thank you to Lark Hospitality for giving these properties new life. The restoration is flawless and the rooms are gorgeous. The location is perfect - adjacent to the South Slope and just downhill from the heart of downtown Asheville. This hotel is amazing. This was my second stay and you can bet I will be returning again soon. The staff is attentive. The rooms are well thought out and unique. I love the robes and the bed and sheets are cozy. Afterglow has the best drinks I recommend the sunset dreams. I haven’t tried the restaurant yet and the rooftop bar wasn’t open on either of my visits but I can’t wait to try them. You can’t beat the location. Just a short walk to several restaurants, bars, and breweries.

This was a quite nice hotel, especially for the price. I enjoyed my stay here very much, but there was not very much parking considering the size of the hotel. It's located in kind of a weird spot near the back of the hotel lots, but did have a nice view of the highway leading into the mountains - plus a toyota dealership.

This hotel is consistantly clean and the staff friendly. I like the convenience of being near the Asheville Outlet Mall and Biltmore Estate. My family enjoys the breakfast. The only complaint I have is that the mattresses are too firm to be comfortable for my family.

The front desk long hair guy, has an extremely professional and kind attitude, he makes you feel at home, what a display of customer skills. The breakfast is outstanding.

This is my first time ever staying in a hostel before and I am so impressed... Are first I didn't understand it or was a little nervous but once the owners talked to me and everyone was so friendly, I got unshy really quick!!! Perfect location to whatever you're desiring to do in town and if its further then it's just a short bus ride to anywhere... I've never met Kinder people in my life and never felt so welcome somewhere! I wish I could give it 1000 stars... thank y'all so much ❤

Yes there's plenty of shops and restaurants within miles.

It was a great place for us to spend the nigh, but would have been an even better extended stay location. Very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend. If you have trouble with stairs, there is no elevator, just confirm you can do the first floor.

Great place to stay. There are two Hampton Inn’s with Biltmore in the name. This is the one further from the estates.

Most comfortable pillows and mattress in a hotel that I have ever had.

We have a great experience in this hotel. Actually this is the second time we stay here. The room is very clean, the beds are well made, super soft bedsheets. They are dog friendly with several pet stations around the building. The breakfast is amazing, they offer full buffet and every day there are a few different items changed in the menu (great Frittata and the Quiche!!)
