The family who operates Jungle House are extremely friendly and helpful....they go out of their way to ensure you have the best experience possible. You can't ask for a better location....Goodale Park is right out the front door and it's a beautiful walk to High Street to enjoy the Short North. No need to drive anywhere once you park at Jungle House. We can't wait to be able to stay again for a longer weekend! Much love for the Jungle House family!!"

"Parking garage was blocked with no info on how to get in, so we wasted gas driving around to find somewhere to park and call. Pay for room. Pay for parking. Pay a 'destination' fee? (This isn't some remote island. Its a city in Ohio). The staff is barely able to be heard. No one told us about the $10 credit to our room, so it was 'void' by the time we found out on the 2nd night here. Just a money trap for a fairly average hotel."
