Perfect location for restaurants, sightseeing and public transportation. Amazing breakfast on the ninth floor with a view of the city . And the staff were simply the best. What a wonderful place to stay :) "

"The apartment was very clean and apart from rattling interior doors, was quiet. While it has a closet, there is no rod or hangers or shelves, so it's essentially unusable. The location in Rusafa is close to everything."

"Staff were brilliant and helped me retrieve a lost item on arrival. Room was very nice and everything i needed. Location of hotel was superb bus stops are few minutes away. Will happily stay here again."

"The a/c didn’t work in the room. They came to try and fix it but couldn’t so had to control it from Reception during our stay! Breakfast seemed very expensive for a 4 star hotel."

"Staff was not very helpful"

"Room was clean and easy check in. However the air conditioning was terrible it did not keep the room cool it kept switching itself off until I asked and apparently auto kept it on but this also kept switching off. Even when it was on it didn't really do anything. We had to open the windows and this is a very busy area so was very loud with motorbikes in particularl. The noise would have been fine if it was possible to close the windows. Spa was closed which was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel with no prior warning this would be the case."

"Very nice hotel, clean rooms, great location, 10 minutes walk to the old city, paid parking nearby. Would gladly stay here again if I ever back in Valencia."
