"The staff were incredible! Everyone was so kind and extremely responsive. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and had lots of storage. Overall the room was very clean except for the floors. Floors were pretty dirty and could use a good mopping! Otherwise, everything was great!"

"I booked this hotel mainly because of the pool and hot tub, but both were a big disappointment. The hot tub jets weren’t working and both the hot tub and pool were dirty. When I asked the receptionist about it, the response I got was simply “I don’t know,” with no attempt to fix the issue. The cleanliness throughout the property was poor. The hallway had a bad smell, the elevator was dirty, and even the door leading to our hallway was filthy. The continental breakfast was also not good — the fruit seemed spoiled and the toaster was very dirty. At checkout, there was no acknowledgment of these issues and no effort to make it right. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again."

"Just average in terms of quality. We had issues with the shower working properly. It would seem poor maintenance standards. The shower head was extremely low pressure and to regulate water temperature took an engineering degree. "
