"Brand spanking new property in a wonderful location for being downtown. The staff is just getting started and were very friendly and helpful, including the manager. Still working out kinks, but very pleasant room and good breakfast. My most serious complaint is with the garage fans running full blast, making noise for nearby residences and hotel properties."

"We have been coming here for the last few years for the Durango Iron Horse Classic tour. We stay in the cabins. The cabins are cleans, beds are comfortable, and the property is chill. The cabins have running water and air conditioning. Great bargain overall."

"We've stayed at Apple Orchard Inn during previous Durango visits and have always found it to be most accommodating and pleasant. The rooms are spotless, the bed, room temp and bathroom are excellent and breakfast, while not elaborate, is quite satisfactory. We've found the owners to be very pleasant and easy to work with. Apple Orchard Inn probably is the best B&B in Durango and we will continue to stay there when we visit our daughter."

"Great location and next to the Durango Silverton rail station. Also close to the town for restaurants and bars. Car parking was included so we left the car for the whole day without worry. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Would recommend to anyone wishing to go in the railway."
