Everythjing was amazing about the hotel, location, customer service, restaurants.....

Lost was anything but Lost. The service from the front desk, porter, restaurant was fantastic! Beautifully designed rooms! A perfect spot for wandering the cafes and shops of Gemmayzeh. Loved it. Would definitely return.

This was a great high-end boutique hotel that has a small but cute rooftop pool and terrace great for grabbing a quick drink. We had an issue with the room, but hotel management quickly fixed the issue and was resolved in a positive manner. Location is near downtown, but you will need a taxi or be okay with at least a 10-minute walk to the shopping area.

Very clean room in perfect location

Stayed there 6 nights, Excellent location, clean rooms, delicious food, decent prices and very friendly staff. Strongly recommended it!!!

The property is very clean' the underground parking (free) is very convenient so as not to rely on street parking; the rooms are quite spacious and the junior suites were very reasonably priced; the welcome fruit plate was a nice touch

Good hotel

I travel for worked and the Wifi connection was great! I initially stayed at a junior suite, which was spacious with an extra closet - it also had two balcony with city views which was nice. The staff was super friendly and accommodating!! The hotel also provided a service where hospital staff come and perform a PCR covid test and bring the results back to the hotel so that you do not need to find a spot yourself and limit your hospital exposure!

Friendly staff, and helpful. Clean rooms with amazing views great hotel if you want to experience the best this city has to offer. Definitely will be coming back to this hotel
