"We took a couple excursion out of the hotel paid at the hotel we went to the cascades waterfall we had to pay more fees they didn't tell us about. Service was great except our last day we went to the Tortuga buffet they ignored us the whole time we were there. They serve the drinks went and got my own drinks when we got up to leave one server asked us do you need anything else. I just looked at him and said you should ask me that when I was eating"
"not a good experience, the staff is a little rude and the place is ok, they think that because they are in a small town they can treat people the way they want, and maybe they do, but it was not a good experience at all, I would never stay here again and I would never recommend not even my enemies to stay here.. they wont be in business for too long if they continue treating people the way they do, there are a lot of other options at a most reasonable cost."
