"My stay at Hyatt Jaipur was outstanding. A beautiful hotel in a peaceful, quiet location with exceptional service, immaculate rooms and excellent facilities. Every aspect exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended."
"Our four-night stay at The Leela Palace Jaipur was nothing short of faultless, completely validating its global reputation as a premier luxury destination. From the meticulously curated welcome to our seamless departure, the entire experience was fine-tuned to perfection by an exceptional staff who proactively anticipated our every need. A defining highlight of our visit was an extraordinary dinner at their signature restaurant, Jamavar, where the culinary artistry and sophisticated flavors completely blew us away. The hospitality throughout the property is truly exemplary; the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was thoroughly fabulous. This majestic hotel offers an unparalleled standard of living, and we will certainly return."
"Beautiful hotel, a true sanctuary from the bustle of Jaipur. Great breakfast buffet that caters to Westerners while allowing them to sample lots of local fare!"
"While the property is beautiful and well-maintained, a few aspects of the experience fell short of expectations considering the premium pricing.
The food options were quite limited, and the taste seemed intentionally toned down to cater to international preferences. Ironically, many visitors come to India hoping to experience authentic Indian cuisine, flavors, culture, and hospitality. The overall dining experience, including the music and ambience, felt more aligned with international trends than with the warmth and richness of Indian hospitality.
As we were celebrating our anniversary, I had expected the hotel to take note of it proactively, but I had to remind the staff to arrange a cake.
Another disappointment was that all three restaurants are located indoors, with none offering lake-facing dining. Given the stunning surroundings, this felt like a missed opportunity to create a truly memorable dining experience.
The pool area was also smaller than expected. While there was seating around the pool and within our suite, it did not feel particularly comfortable or practical for spending extended periods relaxing by the water. For a luxury property, one would expect thoughtfully designed lounging spaces where guests can comfortably unwind and enjoy the views.
The landscaping is aesthetically pleasing, but most of the trees appear to have been planted primarily for visual appeal rather than functionality. There was very little natural shade available, making it difficult"
