At the front desk, Riya exemplified outstanding hospitality—consistently courteous, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring my comfort throughout the stay. Across the property, the staff maintained a welcoming attitude, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
This being my first stay at a Marriott property in Kerala—following previous experiences in Singapore—it fully met my expectations in terms of service quality and overall experience.
