"A wonderful , modern hotel within an easy walk of the train station. I was lucky enough to have a very high floor room with a great view. The room was exceptionally clean and well -equipped. I really enjoyed the onsen ( hot spring/ sauna etc) on floor 25! Delicious breakfast with a huge choice. On my second night the top floor bistro was closed for a private event and there was no opportunity to eat ( or just have a drink) in the hotel , but I found a restaurant downtown after a brisk walk…

"Comfortable stay. Very convenient location with Daimaru within 350m next to Sapporo Station and Tokyu within 110m. Well connected via underpass to Sapporo station and JR.
Only set back is that the hotel signage is not prominent enough especially if you arrive by car."
"The room was clean, but small (but this is typical in Japan). Located in a very convenient location, very close to the JR train line and the subway. The hotel seems a bit outdated, but overall it was a nice stay."
"Location is fantastic and many places are walkable especially convenient with the airport shuttle bus stop nearby. We booked a triple room and the size is comfortable after all the other smaller rooms we stayed that tend to be the standard here in Japan. Of course, it comes at a premium."
"The staff was very nice. Front desk and dining staff were professional and helpful. The breakfast was good but not great. The location was very good. The parking and check in time was a bit strict. Although our room was ready for us, they would not let us check in prior to 2:30. I am sure it is a rule put in place by the management. Not a good rule. Check in at 3 and out at 11:00 am just doesn't seem fair. The place is very nice and I would recommend it to anyone. Cheers"
"Great location, 3 min walk to Sapporo station & underground shops. Beautiful lobby, great breakfast & can make your own sashimi rice bowl. Also 3 min walk to Airport bus stop. Very convenient. Will definitely stay here again in next visit to Sapporo."
