"Lack of information about services I.e. the restaurant choices, who is eligible to access to executive lounge. No hotel map can be found. Lack of training in customer service from staffs. Not every greeter open the door for the customers when you tried to get in and get out the car. The receptionists are very passive, lack of knowledge about the hotel. The executive room is small. No much western food choices, no cheese, no hot oatmeal, no bananas, salads dressing is Chinesenized, Italian dressing tastes like soy sauce, Omelette tastes like sponge. Bakeries don’t taste freshly made.
Overall, if that hotel considers as five star hotel, in my opinion, it is over rated."
"I stayed here for 12 days and it was absolutely the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. The staff was absolutely wonderful, especially the breakfast Chef and ladies at the breakfast kitchen. So nice and helpful every morning. The breakfast itself was like a 5-star report. Big room, great bed, shower and toilet was top notch quality. You can even have a robot 🤖 deliver your room service. you get a LOT of hotel and amenities for the room rate. Great location too"
