"SS Rotterdam is nice experience. Reception staff wasn’t nice once we arrived early as we simply asked if early check in available and lady was so unhappy telling how busy they are and we must come after 3pm - I agree but tone and face expression could be different and all story would be different.
Breakfast is nice , staff in restaurants are super friendly and doing every single extra mile if they can. Check out process super simple.
