"The floors in the bathroom that I stay was absolutely dirty, was sticky in the floor and they put me in the room that was under the game room. It was so noisy and they say that was normal after I complain a lot they offered to transfer me to another room I found that so disrespectful that they put me in that room knowing that it’s very loud. I can’t believe they do that to people"
