"The only downside was the TV service was not working that evening. A very minor inconvenience. Otherwise it was a clean comfortable room. I would stay there again in the future. Thank you."

"The hotel has continental breakfast unlike most other hotels in Quebec. For an older hotel it was kept pretty clean and the staff were helpful. One of the elevators were down and not fixed which caused a lineup during checkout due to tour buses, and the onsite ev chargers are on the pricey side in Quebec. Parking was ample and well lit, and it is close enough to a mall to have easy access food and amenities."

"Environnement propre, grandes chambres, belles vues sur Ottawa ou Gatineau. Le personnel est courtois et a l’écoute. Par contre, l’hôtel devrait être rénovée. Il y a des appareils brisés (première visite le séchoir. Deuxième visite le bain était toute craqué, présence de rouille et réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionnait pas.) malgré tout j’ai avisé la réception et j’ai reçu de nouvelles chambres. Tout était bien!"
