"Safe and easy parking "

"Bathroom clean and good size, place was quiet parkiing easy."

"The room appearance was clean but had a very dusty smell in it. Air was cold but never condition the room enough to rid the dusty smell. Staff was nice. We came down at 9:15 and breakfast was over so can’t reply on it other than up early on weekends or miss it. Floor outside the elevator was very sticky and the elevator had a dusty dirt smell as well. We have stayed here before and has always been very nice stay so may have been low on staff or just a bad week. We will stay again before writing it off."

"The staff were very nice and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was pretty nice and a good start to the day. Unfortunately, parking was a major issue. When the hotel is full, there isn’t enough parking for guests. I was even told to park at a nearby business, but their lot was full as well, which made things pretty frustrating. Definitely something to consider if you’re staying during a busy time."

"The room was great...beds were comfy (even the pullout sofa bed according to my daughter), temp was easily controlled, all things good. The breakfast was PHENOMENAL...much more than I was expecting for a free breakfast. Omelets, biscuits, gravy, sausage, yogurt, cinnamon rolls (probably better than I've made myself), pancakes, fruit, etc. My whole family (2 adults and 3 kids) found something to start our day right. The lady that kept breakfast stocked was SO kind and made sure that there was plenty there for everyone. The rest of the staff were just as kind and friendly...and not "fake kind" and "this is just a job friendly." They laughed with us and were very genuine. We travel often and can say that this is one of the best places we've stayed. We'll definitely choose this HIX when we visit the area again!"
