"We had to book the Park Royal as a last minute booking the night we got to Langkawi due to a bad experience at another resort. I was able to book and get to the resort within an hour, and myself and my husband were amazed how beautiful the place was! The room itself was spacious, with a balcony with a handy clothes drying rail built in, the room had all amenities needed - an iron and board, scales, hair dryer etc. everything was clean and tidy. . The shower was great, with the rainfall top and we liked that the shower and toilet were separated. The breakfast was great, a huge selection of fresh and delicious food. We thoroughly enjoyed this! Overall had a great experience here and would highly recommend. "

"Beautiful wooden cabin set among forest but overlooking the beautiful beach. We had a lovely room always clean. Nice gesture of fruit on first day. Also fantastic free mini bar . Stunning setting saw lots of monkeys lizards etc. I loved the mountains and sky cables in the distance. Wonderful Malaysian hospitality. It’s very quiet around the area no shops or restaurants to speak of only the village at the bottom of Sky bridge. Which is walking distance although they run a shuttle. It’s shuts at 7 pm I would definitely stay there again. Thinking of bring my family for my 60th in 2028 . "

"Staff fabulous, everyone is helpful and greats you with a smile. All seemed to be very well trained for their roles. The resort and particularly rooms are spotless. Bed super comfy and linen wonderful! Breakfast very good with a wide range of international cuisines catered for. Gardens/grounds are beautifully designed and maintained. Two great pools (one with swim bar) and separate discrete children’s fun area. Right on a sandy beach- although swimming not recommended currently due to jellyfish season. "

"Great property. Beautiful and well maintained. Staff was amazing. Kayuputi restaurant was fine. Our only complaint is that the room temperature always defaults to 24 C after an hour or so no matter how many times you change it. Some of the nights we woke up sweaty since it got hot underneath the comforter. Overall stay was great. Strongly recommend!!!"

"Below expectations.. Unfortunately, we found the experience fell short of what we anticipated for a property of this caliber and price point. The resort itself feels somewhat dated and outdated in certain areas. While the overall grounds and atmosphere are pleasant and relaxing, the rooms and facilities show signs of age that don’t fully align with current 5-star standards. Given the high rates and our expectations for safety, maintenance standards, privacy, and guest care at a Westin property, we were left quite disappointed. While the relaxing setting has potential, several key aspects like room condition, view accuracy, value for money, and handling of security and maintenance concerns need significant improvement. We would think carefully before recommending or returning."

"I stayed at this resort in Mar 2026. It is clean, quiet, & secluded. All staffs greeted us with a smile at all time, and they even personalized our 25th anniversary with decoration and a custom made key chain; a small but meaningful gesture. Room service & turn down service were great. Pool and beach are clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the food; it was not bad, but not eye opening either. We will definitely consider going back if we can."
