"They collected my money and confirmed in the email. But when I went to check in they did not give me any room & asked me to go other hotel, upon their request, when I went to other hotel , the hotel owner asked me to pay money 50 US dollar, which is not fair, I struggled a lot at the night time"

"Lovely hotel on a great site in the heart of Langkawi. Shops, eating and beach close by. Initially we were allocated a room on the ground floor with not a lot of room and one narrow window overlooking an access road. We were very disappointed. After some discussion we agreed for a 5 day stay this was not acceptable and we would either check out or pay for an upgrade. We spoke to Andrew on reception and he listened and resolved our concerns. Agreeing to a move the next day - as it was late. The process was undertaken seamlessly the next day. We had a pool view and a fabulous room. I can’t thank him enough - he was exemplary. No fuss just excellent customer service. No extra payment required either. The layout of the hotel and breakfast etc was excellent. Sunbeds were a little scarce but we always managed to get one. There is room to add extra beds and that should be considered. So don’t hesitate to book this hotel. Go for a pool view if possible, breakfast also is a must. "
