"We arrived around 5pm Friday night there were no staff at the front desk to check us in. We had to call a number to have someone wait on us. Our room was not ready for us. I asked if they were short staffed he said no people just didn't want to do their jobs. We left and met family for dinner and returned at 9:00pm and the cleaning person was across from our room with their music blasting. There was a dog down the hallway that barked through the night. Will not stay there again."

"The motel was undergoing a major renovation of the lobby and several rooms which resulted in a low condition rating, which should be temporary. However, our room had only one small desk lamp and no place to hang clothes. It seemed to almost be an extra room. The breakfast was pretty good."

"A great value for the price. The on-site bar/restaurant was a convenient place for dinner, although there are probably better options in the area. I wish the breakfast was included, we ended up eating at a nearby diner. But for what we were looking for, a cheap, clean, and comfortable stopover near the airport, it was great. "

"My card kept de magnetizing or something and had to get it redone a few times. Not the end of the world but someone was rarely at the front desk. They just left a walkie talkie for you to call whoever was around. I don’t think it’s the staffs fault. Likely the owners cutting costs and understaffing."

"My room I booked was unavailable when I got there - I got a room with 2 queens and expected a king with a jacuzzi tub - spine with clerk got the king bed and said the room with the jacuzzi tub wasn’t available yet it was still available in the Expedia site and I wanted a discount for their false advertising g but I have not heard from them- I am not happy Please contact me"
