"It was a beautiful experience. The front desk staff was very helpful , they detailed everything that we needed to know, she was so professional. Her Name is yanikee I hope my spelling is correct , she makes me wanted to stay longer. I must return "

"Went for a week from Sept 10-16th. Weather was great the entire week no storms. Hotel was clean and front desk friendly and helpful. Housekeepers and mini bar stocker we had were excellent. Bar tenders were the only ones who rarely smiled or looked happy and engaing. 3 different bars and same outcome. Resturants OMG were my favorite. Buffets were average. Would loved to have tasted more jamaicn food instead of same stuff. Going back as soon as it reopens after their renovations. "
