"Excellent customer service. The staff was ready to help with whatever we needed. Truly accommodating and just overall ready to offer the best experience. Huge shoutout to the kitchen staff and all the servers working during breakfast time. Breakfast time was the highlight of our stay! So many options, fresh fruit, juice, traditional Colombian dishes, and coffee! The sense of safety at this place is amazing. Only guests staying at the hotel have access to the room areas and amenities. The pool was wonderful and I can’t recall his name but huge shoutout to the pool attendant. You could see him helping with towels, drink orders, cleaning the areas near the pools all this with a big smile, thank you again! There’s a small pool for kids and a bigger one for all ages. Our room was cleaned everyday and on the day when we needed to rest they let us know with a flyer under our door that we could call in the afternoon if we needed our room taken care of. We appreciate it! If you need top notch service this is the place to stay. Also there’s a huge mall and grocery store just a few feet away. You can dine and shop right there! "

"The hotel does not have a/c as promoted. The pool was dirty. The rooms infected with mosquitoes. The worse part was the staff. Unfriendly at best. We left after one night even we had reserved and paid for two nights. Don't stay here!"
