"Great location at the top of town with an amazing terrace and views over the valley. Room was comfortable and spacious though deco was a bit tired. If your budget allows for a valley view then do it, the view is stunning. Unfortunately we didn’t and had a view of the carpark. Breakfast was cooked to order and good and the staff were friendly and helpful. My main complaint was that there was no drinking water provided free of charge, instead small bottles could be purchased for 4k cop each (i would recommend buying in the supermarket in town)"
"Amazing place, beautiful scenery. If you stay here I’d recommend warm pjs and some rain boots if you decide to explore the waterfalls. I stayed with my 3 and 5 year old and they loved it. The staff were amazing, very welcoming and helpful. If you want to disconnect from technology, this is the spot!"
"There is really no reason to leave to eat. The food at Basto is divine. The staff are friendly and service is excellent. The Spa and staff are skilled and friendly. I loved everything about my stay. I brough binoculars to see wildlife but never needed them. I felt like snow white. The birds would come every morning and sing on my patio. "
