"Beautfiul place, great service from pier pickup to resort, beautiful staff"

"Staff were amazing, so welcoming and friendly. When we checked in, we were greeted at their restaurant with fruit drinks as they checked if our room was ready. The beach front has such beautiful turquoise water, but beware of the tide. The grounds are so beautiful. There were lots of steps to get up to our room, but we didn’t mind since the view was amazing from up higher. Our room had a screen door that we used to listen to the sea in the night, as mosquitoes come out after 4pm. The location along sunrise beach is quieter than the loud restaurants in Pattaya beach. We stayed on both beaches. Would love to extend our stay here, highly recommend it!"

"Absolutely loved stopping here. Right in the middle of everything, walking street just around the corner. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff are so friendly, Kim and Lisa are an absolute asset, extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!"

"The views from the beachfront bungalows were absolutely stunning. You could lay in bed, open the balcony doors, and spend hours just relaxing, and listening to the waves lapping gently on the beach. The water clarity is amazing and you can snorkel right off the beach and see reef and fish. It’s just a short swim to the drop off if you want to do a little more advanced snorkel session. The staff was super friendly and attentive and the SCUBA Dive shop is directly below the restaurant. You can rent kayaks and standup paddleboards there as well. I would walk down the beach daily and check out the other resorts and amazing beach views. It’s a short walk to the Walking Street and endless options for restaurants, shopping, massages, smoothies and ice cream. Drop off laundry services are all over and proved very helpful. I can’t rave about this location enough. My room had a fan and no A/C, so make sure all the amenities suit your needs, but it was so peaceful and relaxing and super quiet at night. Great location for a relaxing vacation. "

"Excellent position on the beach at Pattaya beach Ko Lipe. Able to relax on sunloungers with plenty of shade and enter the calm sea directly. Large room with most amenities. Good WiFi. Hot water. Good breakfast selection.Staff were very helpful and friendly."

"Lovely little hotel right on Sunrise beach, which in my opinion is the best beach on the island. Had an excellent choice for breakfast & all the food we had was fantastic. A bonus for us was the Bali beds & sunbeds, although they are not fully out in the sun. This was perfect for us. Our room was basic but it did the job. Would have been nice for a bit more space. We were in the deluxe room 2nd row back from the beach, with a fan. Which was actually great & kept us cool. If we were to come back, I'd upgrade to the rooms at the very front. The staff were very nice & work very hard & long hours. Overall we had a great stay & would come back. Koh Lipe is a fantastic island with not much to do apart from chill, swim & snorkel. Just what we needed! & sunbeds."
