Location is fine if you don't mind a short walk (20 minutes) to the Shopping/Cafe bar centre. 10 minutes walk from or to the bus station.
The view from our room or the roof bar over the Marina in the evening when the sun is setting can be spectacular.

"The location was a short walk to shopping, restaurants, mini-markets and about 10 to 15 minutes to the archeological site. The rooms were small but very clean. The balcony was nice and the bed comfortable. The small bathroom was the only dowside, with the main issue being the shower (small with a shower curtain, difficult to keep water in the shower stall). The staff were excellent and very welcoming and helpfull - very cheerful. The breakfast was cold but had sufficient variety to be enjoyable. Overall we were happy with our stay."
"Hôtel très vieux (et non vieillissant), extrêmement mal insonorisé et méritant une très importante rénovation !!! Le niveau actuel n'est même pas d'un 2 étoiles. Seul point positif : la sympathie du personnel. Pour le reste, rien ne va et on se croirait dans un vulgaire hôtel d'un pays de l'Est, bas de gamme, de l'époque communiste. C'est navrant... Petit-déjeuner immangeable. "
