Bay Hotel Apartments
10/10 Excellent
"The apartment comes with a fully furnished kitchen which was awesome. However, the cooking of very strong smelling food makes it slightly unpleasant… they need to air the apartments between stays. Also the double beds were way past their usage… very soft and doesn’t help if you have a bad back or vertigo.
The staff were very helpful and upgraded us to another room with a queen bed which was much better. Unfortunately the configuration is such that the toilet was on the ground floor and bedroom upstairs.. making it inconvenient for elderly guests."
"Great location, great staff, property spotless, club room wonderful. The staff in the Club Lounge were amazing, we watched them looked after an elderly man, they helped him sit, then got him a couple of plates of nibbles and a drink. Later they helped him get out his seat and took him to his room. This morning at breakfast we saw them doing the same, amazing staff."
"Amazing Grace was wonderful at reception. A relatively new hotel but very well maintained. Limited parking on dite but the secure parking facility was only a minute walk away. Would stay here again."
