"The room appeared clean but the floor was dirty and the tub was dirty and I when I proceeded to wipe the room down I found it was dirtier than I thought. Breakfast was horrible, would not stay again"

"Arrived late and key was in an envelope taped to the door. Room was spacious and clean. No hair dryer in the room. Breakfast was available in a nice room with a fire place on the first level. Beautiful scenery in the mountains. Ample parking. "

"Older property. No suitcase stand in the room. Drapes aren't closeable, no blackout drapes. Needs refresh. Night clerk needs lesson in empathy, day shuttle driver was excellent. "
