The staff saw me struggling to walk with my cane so a employee ran over with a wheel chair and took me all the way to our room and said we can keep it till we check out. She also went back and found the foot pads for the chair which made it easier to elevate the legs. This is a top class hotel which has been recently renovated with new everything including beautiful modern bathrooms with walk in showers that are amazing. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and considerate. The bar was beautiful and classy. The restaurant had a gorgeous dining room with the option to dine on the new outdoor covered patio. A large second dining or banquet room is very nice too. We had the pleasure of staying in this hotel on two separate occasions this past July. It was so wonderful on our first trip; there was no question where we'd stay when we returned to Jamestown. You can still smell the "newness" of the hotel in each room. We stayed for a few nights and really enjoyed the waterfront view cottage! Highly recommend the waterfront vs. the waterview cottages, especially if you like to sit on porches :) We were able to enjoy the lakeview and hear the water 24/7 if we so desired! Room was clean and quiet. Walkable to the Cherry Lounge for beer and wings. Easy free parking.Overall very satisfied.

The Theater Motel was built in a different era and shows its wear and tear. When I arrived the host and her very cheerful toddler greeted me. The bed was new, the room, linens and bathroom were clean. The room had a slight musty smell but well within expectations. Many chain hotels could take a hint from these hosts’ efforts in providing a pleasant experience. They are working towards improvements and deserve the support of budget minded travelers.

Everything was perfect! The only thing is that there is no elevators but you do not have to walk up that many stairs. Little difficult with cooler but overall not too bad. No other complaints, love Peek'n Peak!

Very easy to get to.

My son attends SUNY Fredonia we have stayed here several times to attend events at the college. Always happy with the room and the service!

Comfortable and reasonably priced.

It was a good stay. Staff are pleasant and have a desire to serve. A new brewery is on its way. The included breakfast was complete…hot upscale continental. Shout out to banquet server Karen O.

This is our favorite hotel to stay at when we drive from Chicago to New England and back and often plan our trips around staying here. People are so nice, hotel is clean and comfy and updated, and it is very dog friendly, which is important to us. Our dogs even get toys on occasion when staying here.
