"I loved the staff Luis, Antonio ,Carlos,Tony and Saul were the best servers and drivers so friendly and attentive. The room was beautiful but the downside was it was very loud with the peacocks, the rooster, and the massage staff. The rooster and peacock started making noise at 4:30am everyday so that was a down side. I could hear the massage therapist putting out the beds and cleaning early in the morning. The bed also was very hard and I would add towel hangers to the room. Overall, I would definitely come back but I would not stay in Bungalow 9. The food was pretty good and the drinks 10/10. The pool was beautiful, loved the horseback ride, and my gf enjoyed the massage. Very LGBT friendly which is a plus. The excursions were an awesome experience and I did love the jungle gym. Definitely worthwhile ❤️"
"2 breakfast choice included in stay; good options. Food is good and affordable! Unfortunately I had no hot water my entire stay but it I adjusted quickly. Also WiFi was not great. Property is beautiful though; 2 pools one overlooking the beach and it’s on el zonte beach."
"The breakfast was OK, but if you have a long stay and you don’t want to eat the same thing every day. Rooms were clean need improve improvement like a mini fridge an iron to press your clothing. The pool was nice. Staff was amazing. Thank you all. "
"Beautiful hotel and resort. Prices for food and drink are a bit pricey but there are a ton of local cafe and restaurants right outside the door. Walkable and tons to see. The property is gorgeous with beautiful views. You can lay by the pool all day and watch the surfers in the ocean"
