"Stayed for 6 nights, no hot water. After talking to the desk the 2nd morning they said they would send a guy right up but I had to be there in the room for him. After a half hour he showed up, sat on the toilet with the water running for 20 minutes texting and talking on his phone. after that he said he had to check a machine, I waited another half hour and when he did not come back I went to the front desk. They said that the whole resort was having hot water problems, I explained that I didn't appreciate babysitting their plumber for one and a half hours when it was a resort wide problem, I could have been on the beach enjoying myself instead of sitting in my room.
The place is definitely outdated and the shower drain ( cold water ) was partially plugged so you could only run it for a short time before it started to overflow on the floor. The staff were OK trying their best with what they have but if you don't get up at 6 AM and mark your spot there is not a lot of places to lie in the sun with an umbrella. It is not what I would call a high end resort by any stretch."

This is the perfect place for a truly relaxing vacation—there’s no rush of daily life, just a peaceful atmosphere where you can fully unwind. Although the journey to get there is long, it’s completely worth it and even offers a glimpse of the local community along the way. The staff consistently made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We can’t wait to return!"
