This hotel is a little treasure. Super clean. Very new (or perhaps recently remodeled) and with nice rooms with hot water. Attention to detail is obvious regarding construction and the staff is typical with wonderful Guatemalan service and courtesy. It’s a little mansion with marble and nice couches to sit in the common area where you can chat with family. Pricing is very reasonable. Absolutely beautiful building. A real luxury to stay here. My husband and I spent quite a bit on time om site even though we generally like adventure because it was so relaxing and clean. The hotel administration and staff went beyond in service and welcome

Fue una maravilla quedarme aquí. Del momento en que llegué hasta que me fui, las personas del hotel me trataron de forma increíble. Muy atentos con el esguince que tenía, muy amigables, y pacientes con todas las preguntas que les hacía (era mi primera vez en Xela). El hotel es muy limpio, la cama cómoda, y es tiene un ambiente bastante calmadito. Descansé muy bien. Y por la cercanía al parque central, pude ver varias cosas, aún con mi pie malito. Next time I am in the city, I will stay here.

Absolutely lovely hotel very near the city center! I was only here 1 night but it was perfect and would have been very happy to have been able to stay longer. The room was huge, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the shower worked well, the outdoor space was great - I couldn't have asked for anything more.
