Radisson Blu Hotel, Casablanca City Center
10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel, spacious room, super helpful staff. My only suggestions is the gym is really hot and there was no way to cool it off. Lobby bar was very nice. "
"Very close to Casa Voyageurs train station so easy to get access to/from the airport. Quiet location and clean, comfortable room with nice rain shower in the bathroom. Nice and extensive buffet breakfast. "
"I visited Mazagan during Ramadan to try their Iftar buffet, and I wanted to share my experience.
I’ve been visiting this hotel since 2009, and it has always been one of my favorite destinations in Morocco. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and the staff are truly amazing.. always friendly, polite, and very welcoming. This level of service is something I’ve consistently appreciated over the years.
However, I was quite disappointed with the food this time. Considering that this is a five-star hotel, the Iftar buffet was surprisingly small with very limited variety. In comparison to other five-star hotels, the selection felt quite underwhelming. I have always remembered Mazagan for its incredible breakfast, so this experience was unexpected.
Another point I noticed was the toiletries in the rooms. The shampoo and shower gel were combined in one product, and the quality felt quite poor. It gives the impression that some cost-cutting measures are being implemented, which unfortunately affects the overall luxury experience.
Mazagan is still a beautiful resort and, in my opinion, one of the best hotels in Morocco. But small details like food quality, variety, and room amenities make a big difference, especially for guests who have been visiting for many years.
I truly hope the management takes this feedback into consideration so the hotel can maintain the high standards it has always been known for."
