"The check in person was very courteous. Everything was well explained including breakfast buffet. Upon initial inspection of the room we found couple of women's hair inside the bed. I called the front desk and they apologized several times. They replaced the entire bed linings. Other than this incident everything was awesome. I can't emphasize enough how everyone working at the hotel were courteous and friendly.
The facility is also beautiful. Nice landscape and awesome pool. I highly recommend this true five star hotel."
