"I stayed one night at The Grand Hyatt with my daughter what an amazing stay. We were both blown away by the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and Philip who checked us in was so nice we were able to check in in early and were able to upgrade for a small price to an ocean view room where we saw the sun set and the planes take off! I would definitely recommend the hotel for everything from hotel services to food thank you for such a memorable stay."

"There was no comment at all while I made reservation. After reservation, hotel sent excuse note saying that some of property cannot be used for construction work. Nice garden in the picture was useless because hotel restricted customer's access due to construction. If this is the case, then hotel shall notify before reservation. Very dishonest hotel."

"Overall it was good, but the suite at the resort was missing something to really make it a wow experience. The gym was okay and the indoor pool was nice, though it would have been great if at least one of the outdoor pools had been heated, as they were closed due to the season. The service was great and the staff were incredibly friendly"

"Overall, a wonderful property in a fantastic location, staffed with friendly and professional folks who are very good English speakers. Every room has an ocean view, and for the price we got on the hotels.com site, it was a terrific deal. Everything was clean, convenient, and easy. In the future, it would be great to see the fitness center expanded. :) Highly recommend!"

"Clean room, authentic hanok experience, bedding is standard futon mattress although we have tried other accommodations that have thicking futons which made an even better experience. "
