"Hard to fault this! We went in early December so both the hotel, airport and nearby area were rather empty; when it came to check out we were allowed to keep the room and stay in the resort with all the food and dinner for the day until we were ready to head to head to the airport in the evening.
Hard to fault here! I can't think of anything more I would want from this hotel other than to spend more time there!"
"Amenities of a 5 star hotel but quality control of a 4 star hotel (e.g. fridge not plugged in, chain to terrace nearly impossible to close, being given used napkins for breakfast). The pools are all great and we didn't expect to get free drinks and cake, which we appreciated. Staff mostly very friendly and welcoming, but one of the bar guys was questioning both me and my partner about our relationship/martial status and that made me uncomfortable. Food was fine, but generally didn't seem to have been salted. We went out for dinner in town and got better food there for a lot less money. Still we overall enjoyed the hotel and were grateful for the staff."
"This is a very pleasant hotel in a good position on the beach. It's relatively small, so the facilities are limited but it was fine for me. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean and the staff were all very friendly. I think my mistake was to go there off season in November. There were very few people staying there and usually only half a dozen in the restaurant in the evening. It obviously wasn't worth the hotel putting out any kind of a buffet with choices. I can understand that - but it meant that the choice offered by the waiter was very limited and to be honest, not of a particularly good quality. I was surprised that I couldn't even get a cafe latte and a piece of cake in the beach bar in the afternoon. There was no milk and 'no food for an hour' I was told. I'm sure it's not like that in Summer when there are many more guests. It's a shame because I did like the hotel - but the restaurant and food let it down.
