But when we got to order they said that there was no service really very angry and sad I was Look for staff!!!"

"I rated 3 for check in. Got there at 3 I know I was early. But waited a hour and 30 min. There were people continuing to check in after me. They said I room was not ready. Didn’t quite understand if there was a room available and ready and we were there why didn’t they go ahead and let us check in. We live the hotel. Like staying there"

"Hotel was excellent, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did eat at the restaurant in the hotel and was disappointed. My main course arrived cold which was returned and anew was made but by then I had to eat alone. My husbands dessert was not set and inedible. The restaurant is trying to be something it may not yet be but will in time with training. This was our anniversary dinner."

"Room not clean. Not enough towels for nbr of people in room. Not enough supplies - ran out of toilet paper and front was closed. Staff not friendly or helpful. Will NOT stay here again."
