Stay was too short to use amenities but staff was great

I was traveling for work and looking for a cost effective (cheap) hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked,nice TV with more channels then I needed, wi-fi worked great, and the front office staff were friendly and efficient on check in and check out. I could not ask for more. When I booked the room based on the price I was concerned, but the next time I need to stay in Troy OH this is that place I will be and I recommend it to anyone that needs a room for a good...

We were visiting family in the area and needed a place to stay for one night. We did a lot of research before deciding on the Holiday Inn Express. We were very happy with our choice! Very nice room. Large, clean bathroom. Breakfast had a lot more to offer than most other hotels. Comfortable bed. Great room for the money!

Highly recommend!! Excellent stay, beautiful, clean, lovely suites! Staff was very kind, even allowed me to store my recumbent bike in a conference room! Pool and hot tub were great and the breakfast buffet the next morning was very nice.

very clean and updated. Only one complaint. Went to use the pool at 10:00 pm and it was full of kids. The hotel should post a sign or something. That should be adults time. My opinion of course.

Great stay! Hotel was clean, and the bed was comfy. Loved that the room had a fridge and microwave! Very convenient to be able to park right outside your door. Big Boy was a short walk from our room for breakfast (almost the same parking lot). They do only give you one bath towel, so if you need more, make sure to ask before you need it. Great motel for the price! Nothing fancy, but a nice clean place to sleep. We will definitely book again.

We liked the attention from employees, cleanliness, spacious rooms, good pool and other amenities, close to Walmart and restaurants. Special recognition to Christy G for her kind attention. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I was very impressed with the access and ease for the handicaped. My mother had absolutly no troubles with her mobility chair and the room was very easy for her to get around in.
