La atención del personal es esmerada y muy amable. El restaurante ofrece comida exquisita; el desayuno buffet del domingo es excelente y las pastas para la cena son deliciosas. "My first night I had a room for two people with one bed which was a very small room. After that I moved to a room with two beds which was very nice. I would not recommend a Friday or Saturday night stay unless you want to party late into the night as the location is very noisy. However, the weekdays are silent and I would definitely recommend the hotel. The linens were very nice and the terrace bar has a spectacular view of the catedral. The pool in January was too cold for me, but the deck has good chairs for taking sun. I think this hotel is the best in Taxco for location and quality."

"This hotel is fantastic! Comfortable bed, clean and spacious room, tv, nice bathroom. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the architecture and grounds are very pretty. The hotel is within 10 minutes walking distance to Santa Prisca and there are several very good restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Price is reasonable. I had a great time and highly recommend this hotel!"
