"The mall, shopping, and restaurants are directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel is very well kept, clean, safe, and customer service was exceptional. Exceptional location. The rooms are nice but small. Excellent for 2 people in the single with double bed. The other room with 2 beds is suitable maybe for 2 adults with 2 small kids. "

"Aside from the facade, this property has been neglected for years. Lots of deferred maintenance. The staff is polite and professional as are most Filipinos. The area around the hotel is very dirty and loud. "

"We always stay at this hotel every time we’re in GenSan. It is conveniently located across SM. I also love their breakfast buffet. Staff are very hospitable and respectful."
