"Extra charge for early check in and kids running up and down the hallway. It would have been nice to know prior to getting the room that they would be booked with a tone of kids."

"The check in and out clerks were super nice and helpful. The hotel was nice. My issue was the breakfast lady. Lord she was rude- had to make your plate, rolled her eyes, seemed very bothered by people being there and not knowing what to do. Other than that. Great stay"

"The stay was nice and the bed and room were comfy and beautiful but the only complaints I have was this 1. Our room was not cleaned or had fresh towels our entire 3 day stay and I called and asked multiple times each day and arrived to our bed not made and the towels on the floor 2. Our phone in our room didn’t work and I asked to have it replaced and was also ignored 3. It would be a lot better to have a pool or spa room for a 4 star hotel 4. Parking is in a garage that is 14$ per day that is not included with the room and had no prior notice of that"

"We had to change rooms because our suite wasduety. The pull out bed was stained brown. There was hair all over the carpet. We had to get another room but we had to switch to a queen bed room, which wasn't clean but better than the first one. Plus didnt get a discount or anything for the difference in prices. The lady behind the counter just said there is nothing she can do. So I paid for a king bed suite and stayed in a 2 queen bed room."

"We called in to make sure they had a hot tub. They did but not working We got a room with a view of a wall 4 feet away not busy but we got the worst rooms in the place. Toilets were so old and low hard to get up off of them at $200 a night it was a rip. Surprised Hilton had there name on it. Will not return !!!"

"End of May, 2 day visit. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was accommodative. Breakfast was more than adequate. TV access and usability was the best I have experienced in a 2nd tier motel: a very appreciated feature. The outdoor presentation is unfortunately very unimpressive -enough to turn many away, I would guess. Too bad. It was well worth the cost and a walkable distance to the KU campus."
